How to Lighten the Armpits and Crotch Naturally
To lighten the armpits and crotch there are some creams that help reduce dark skin pigmentation, some examples are Pond's clarant B3, Eucerin anti-pigment, Pigmentclar Serum of La Roche-Posay and Azelac Ru Cream of Sesderma.
These skin lightening creams have components such as hydroquinone, niacinamide, vitamin C and retinol that help lighten the dark spots that may arise in these regions and on the skin in general.
But in addition to these creams, there are also some remedies that can help lighten the skin and are easy to prepare at home such as baking soda and white clay.

This homemade scrub helps to lighten the skin because it removes its most superficial layer, facilitates the exit of ingrown hairs and lactic acid from the milk that has the mixture, manages to lighten the skin naturally.
3. Rinse with the use of white Clay
To rinse the armpits and groin with white clay, the following homemade pasta should be prepared:

- 1 tbsp white clay;
- 2 tbsp water;
- 3 drops of orange essential oil.
Preparation Mode
Mix the ingredients to form a paste and apply in the region you want to rinse. Leave on for 15 minutes and wash next. These ingredients can be found in stores selling cosmetic or natural products.
Although the use of homemade creams made from lemon to lighten the skin is very common, its use is not advised because when used improperly it can cause irritation and even stain the skin.
To avoid the appearance of dark spots in the region of the crotch and the armpits, the use of very fair clothes that increase perspiration should be avoided, in addition to avoiding the unnecessary use of deodorant or creams with alcohol.
