5 Home Remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis

- 45 ml of olive oil;
- Filter paper;
- 4 tbsp chopped arnica leaves and flowers.

Ingredients:
- 6 sage leaves;
- 3 bouquets of rosemary;
- 300 ml of boiling water.
Preparation Mode:
Add all the ingredients in a kettle and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain, let it warm and take this home remedy 2 times a day.
4. Massage with Essential Oils
Massaging the joints with this mixture of essential oils is also an excellent natural way to feel better.
Ingredients:
- 10 ml camphor;
- 10 ml of eucalyptus oil;
- 10 ml of turpentine oil;
- 70 ml peanut oil
Preparation Mode:

5. Fortified Turmeric Tea

Another good natural solution for arthritis is to eat a bowl of salad seasoned with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apple juice and its enzymes dissolve the calcium deposits in the joints, being ideal to combat this disease. Try to prepare a salad with lettuce, tomato, onion and watercress leaves, and season with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
